Suresh R. Phadtare a well known harmonium player is a disciple (Gandabandhan Shagird) of Pandit Appasaheb Jalgaokar. He is also M.A. Music ( Sangeet Visharad )

 

 He has accompanied with Gaan Saraswati Kishori Amonkar, Pandit Mukul Shiv Putra, Pandit Ajay Pohankar, Pandit Shrikant Deshpande, Pandit Girija Devi, Pandit Satyasheel Deshpande, Pandit Manjiri Alegaokar, Pandit Kolhapure, Pandit Vijay Koparkar, Pandit Chunilal Mishra, Vibhavari Bandhavkar, Pandit Parshuram Shriram/Anuradha, Pandit Suhas Vyas, Sania Patankar, Piu Sarkhil, Rahul Deshpande, Raghunandan Panshikar , Padmatai Talwarkar and many upcoming artists.

He got his earlier training from Deepak Linge (Vocalist) disciple of Pandit C. R. Vyas for 4years. Last 10 years he is taking training from Pandit Appasaheb Jalgaokar.

He is a great harmonium solo player and performed at Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nagar, Usmanabad, Aurangabad, Latur and all over India.

He has performed at world famous concerts like Sawai Gandharva-Pune, Kalidas Utsav-Delhi and Gunidas Utsav, Mumbai.

He has performed through Akashwani ie. All India Radio and other organization like Spic Macay before the students of various schools & colleges all over India.

Anuradha is a promising vocalist of the young generation and  one of the very few performers of the "Bhendi Bazar Gharana" gayaki. Anuradha was initiated into music  at the tender age of 6. She has been  trained in the gharana gayaki for fifteen years by the veteran musician and Guru Late Pandit T.D. Janorikar. During this  training period she learnt all the facets of the  gayaki from her Guru. She had the good fortune of  being in residence at the Sangeet Research Academy Kolkata with her Guruji  which  was the highlight of her training phase.    Here she had the opportunity to meet  other noted Gurus and musicians  and share musical thoughts with other students  in   the Academy, thus  adding a different perspective to her musical thought process.

 Anuradha  is endowed with a rich and melifluous voice which makes her adept at singing both light and classical music with equal ease. Her sweet, seasoned and pliable voice with easy reach in all the three saptaks (octaves) makes her disciplined exposition of the raagas full of aesthetic and emotive content.

Currently she is receiving training from the veteran Harmonium maestro and musicologist Dr Arawind Thatte.
